This website is published by Sparks Chemicals Ltd of Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya. Using it means accepting the terms below.

Product pages describe what we supply; they are an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this site carries a price. Availability, grade, packaging, lead time and price are established in a written quotation issued for your specific requirement, and only that quotation binds us.

Specifications, purities and appearance shown on a product page are typical values for the grade we supply. They are not a guarantee of what any particular batch will assay at. The certificate of analysis issued for your consignment is the authoritative record of what you received, and it takes precedence over anything published here.

Some product copy is drafted with machine assistance from published technical sources and then reviewed before it is published. Where a page was written from external sources, those sources are cited on the page itself.

Hazard, storage and handling summaries on this site are orientation only. They are deliberately brief, they are not specific to your process, and they are not a substitute for the safety data sheet for the material actually supplied.

Before any chemical is received, stored, decanted or used, the current SDS for that material must be obtained and read, and the handling, personal protective equipment and incompatibility requirements in it must be followed. We issue the SDS on request — email technical@sparkschemicals.co.ke. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your process and lawful for your intended use.

Some products we list are subject to licensing, permitting or end-use restrictions in Kenya and in export markets. We may require documentation establishing your entitlement to purchase before a quotation is issued or an order is accepted, and we may decline an order where that entitlement is not established.

We take reasonable care to keep this catalogue accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site will be available uninterrupted. Content may change without notice.

Product pages cite external technical sources. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content; a citation records where information came from and is not an endorsement.

The text, photography and design of this site belong to Sparks Chemicals Ltd unless stated otherwise. Chemical names, CAS numbers and third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products.
